Dinner

Today one of our children woke up @

4:45am and after a busy and  long day, I was exhausted.  Guess who made me dinner?  Nanni.  She made me a ham, procuitto, salami, pepperoni and pickle sandwich.  She wrapped the meat around the pickle. It was delicious!   I was a happy mama!

It's pretty exciting in the Quilici family because our little guy started preschool.  He loves it!  His teacher said he raises his hand and answers all the questions.  She also said when she is explaining a lesson, he sits with his eyes wide and big listening very attentively.  Nanni is loving having her brother with her in class.  She reported that he always wants to play in the sandbox.  Nanni was frustrated because she wanted to do something different.  I asked her, "Why don't you let him play in the sandbox and you play with your friends?"  Neither of them were thrilled about that suggestion.  Nanni's little friend has also adopted Matthew.  Nanni and Matthew are starting off to a great year!
