5k Run

Today Michael ran his first 5K run and he loved it. I wish I could write this was a fun run.  However, we ran to show our support and love for a friend who has terminal brain cancer.  She has fought a good fight. We are all hoping and praying for a miracle.

Halloween

It's with great joy that we celebrated our first Halloween at home. We are grateful, to say the least.  As far as costumes go, Nanni was a butterfly, Michael was the inquisitor ( I couldn't tell you who that is), and Matthew was No-naughin.  Matthew chose that all on his own.  It's from a curious George episode where a headless person knocks off hats.  Michael told him that he looked more like Hail Mary.  The children had a grand old time.
